Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt if they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@gbl-data.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Some items may be non-refundable, including but not limited to opened software or products that have been customized or modified.
